ABOUT

We offer trauma informed counselling for Children and Young People, Single parents, Adults and Couples.  We work with people from all walks of lives and have the capacity to work with the youngest in the family to the oldest. We use our own professional backgrounds and experiences to inform all the therapeutic work we do.

We have experience of working with organisations to help people overcome addiction, homelessness , bereavement , injury or have been affected by the civil unrest in Northern Ireland.

We have a strong ongoing track record of providing therapeutic services to local Primary and Secondary Schools.

All Things Counselling has a vision to make counselling accessible to everyone. We work remotely with many clients providing Zoom and Teams video counselling sessions  for people based across the UK and Ireland.

Starting September 2024, we will be offering concession priced counselling. This will deal with the most prevalent of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, stress and bereavement related issues. Watch out for details about how to access this service.

I am a student counsellor studying for my Diploma in Integrative Counselling. I am a mum of 3 grown up boys, my youngest being on the Autistic spectrum. I have been in retail for most of my working life, in a part time way as my focus over the last 17 years has been supporting my youngest son. Within this time I became involved with a local women’s drop in, listening ear charity in which we set up a Play café environment specifically for families of children with additional needs.
