About All Things Counselling.​

We offer trauma informed counselling for Children and Young People, Single parents, Adults and Couples. We work with people from all walks of lives and have the capacity to work with the youngest in the family to the oldest. We use our own professional backgrounds and experiences to inform all the therapeutic work we do.
We have experience of working with organisations to help people overcome addiction, homelessness , bereavement , injury or have been affected by the civil unrest in Northern Ireland.

We have a strong ongoing track record of providing therapeutic services to local Primary and Secondary Schools.
All Things Counselling has a vision to make counselling accessible to everyone. We work remotely with many clients providing Zoom and Teams video counselling sessions for people based across the UK and Ireland.

LYNN NOBLE
Clinical Lead/Founder
Lynn is the founder of All Things Counselling. She works with adults, children & young people and their families & primary schools.
Lynn brings a directness but delivered with warmth, compassion, and vibrant energy to every conversation. She has the wonderful ability of making every client feel safe, heard and valued. ​

CHERYL BROWN
Clinical Lead Children, Young People &
Adults
Cheryl comes with 15+ years of working with children and young people. She also works as the in house counsellor within a school setting. Cheryl is kind, compassionate, and deeply caring. She brings a rich understanding of how children and young people make sense of their world. She has experience of working with young people who have difficulty attending school & in supporting their parents. She has recently completed training in the Rewind Technique, furhter expanding her tools for working with trauma.

HEATHER CRAIG
Clinical Lead Adult & Relationship Counselling
Heather is the lead relationship counsellor at All Things Counselling. She has an incredible ability to ask the right question at exactly the right moment. Most recently a client awarded her 5 stars for her outstanding work and client care. She brings deep insight and empathy to every client, creating a space of acceptance and non judgement. Her work often includes addressing sexual issues & related concerns within relationship's.

STEPH BLAYNEY
Clinical Lead in Trauma Counsellor (with EMDR)
Steph, is an experienced trauma counsellor with a special focus on complex trauma. She specialises in supporting women through their motherhood journey and offers EMDR for a wide range of traumatic experiences- from single events to long-term, complex trauma. Dynamic and deeply understanding, Steph meets even the most difficult experiences with professionalism, warmth and tenderness.

HAZEL BAILIE
Adult Counsellor
Hazel believes every person has a unique story shaped by their life experiences. She works holistically, recognising the emotional, psychological, relational, spiritual and physical aspects that influence wellbeing. She is passionate about helping people recognise their inherent value and worth empowering them to invest and live life with greater wholeness and richness. Alongside her professional training she has personal experience of neurodiversity, which deeply informs her approach to counselling.

Pete’s personal experience and years of work in homelessness, mental health, and the criminal justice system, Pete has seen how addiction often linked to trauma and emotional distress can deeply affect individuals, families, and relationships. Pete is a counsellor who offers a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space to explore the emotional triggers behind addictive behaviours with honesty, compassion, and support.

Adult Counsellor
Ruth is an integrative and psychotherapist. She provides a safe and. compassionate space to help you navigate anxiety and relationship challenges. Previously working within the healthcare setting. Ruth brings a wealth of understanding of her healthcare background, which she draws on to. provide outstanding support to her clients. Ruth has a developing special interest in working with people who are supporting people going through cancer.

Admin Officer
Shannon supports the team in her administrative role, helping everything run smoothly for both clients and counsellors. With a First Class Honours degree in Human Resource Management and experience in HR. Married to Will and mum to two boys, Shannon enjoys running and reading and is passionate about helping people access the support they need to live life to the fullest.
