Relationship & Couples Counselling
Supporting couples to strengthen their relationship and navigate challenges together
Relationships naturally experience difficulties and periods of change. Whether you are experiencing ongoing conflict, communication difficulties, loss of connection or a particular issue that is affecting your relationship, couples counselling can provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space to explore what is happening.

Our Couples Services

Focused Couples Session
90-minute session | £150
A one-off session for couples who want to focus on a specific relationship difficulty without committing to ongoing counselling.
Together, we'll slow down a particular interaction or recurring difficulty and explore what may be happening beneath the surface. This can help you understand each other's perspectives, reduce blame and identify practical ways to respond differently.

How the Process Works
1. Book Your First Session
Most couples choose to book their first session directly through our website. You don't need to have an initial conversation with us before booking, although you are welcome to get in touch if you have questions.
2. First Session
Your first session provides an opportunity to talk together about what has brought you to counselling, what you would like to change and what you hope to gain from the process.
3. Ongoing Counselling
If you decide to continue, you and your counsellor will work together to explore your relationship in greater depth and develop new ways of communicating and relating.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do we both need to attend every session?
For the most part, both partners attend couples counselling together. There may be times when an individual session is helpful, and this would be discussed and agreed together.
How long does couples counselling last?
This varies depending on your needs and goals as a couple. Some couples find a small number of sessions helpful, while others choose to continue for longer. Progress is reviewed regularly together.
What if one partner is unsure about starting counselling?
It is common for one partner to feel unsure about counselling. Often, these concerns ease once couples experience the sessions as supportive and balanced. You are welcome to discuss any concerns with your counsellor.
Do you offer online couples counselling?
Yes, online couples counselling is available.
Can counselling help if we are considering separation?
Yes. Couples counselling can provide a safe space to explore what is happening in your relationship and help you gain clarity about the best way forward for both of you.
