Q: Is this a confidential service?

A: Yes, what you say to your counsellor is confidential , only in exceptional circumstances such as safeguarding or risk will informational be shared.

Q: How long will it take to be seen? Is there a waiting list?

A: We aim to offer you counselling within 2-4 weeks from your initial enquiry.

Q: Can I attend counselling fortnightly or whenever I need it?

Accepted Answer

A: Yes, you can attend counselling in the way that best suits you. However, regular week on week sessions is the most beneficial way and effective way to work. This is something to discussion on your initial session.

Q: Can I contact my counsellor between sessions?

A: As we are not an emergency service or crisis service, your counsellor will not be available to you between sessions.
