We offer therapeutic and wellbeing-focused group programmes for children, young people and adults.
These programmes provide a supportive space to learn, reflect and develop coping skills alongside others with shared experiences. They are structured, time-limited programmes designed to support emotional wellbeing and resilience.

Grief Workshop (Adults)

6-Week Therapeutic Group Programme
Grief can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. This six-week programme offers a safe, supportive space to explore loss, share experiences and develop healthy coping strategies.
Over the course of the programme, we explore:

Sharing your story at your own pace

Managing difficult emotions

Self-care and building resilience

Remembering loved ones and finding meaning

Looking ahead with hope and ongoing support

The Feel Good Factory (Children)

6-Week Wellbeing Programme for Children (P1–P7)
The Feel Good Factory is a fun, interactive wellbeing programme designed to help children understand their emotions, build confidence and develop lifelong coping skills.
Led by an experienced Children and Young People’s Counsellor, sessions use creative activities, games and practical strategies to support emotional development.
Children will be supported to:

Manage anxiety, worry and big feelings

Build confidence and emotional resilience

Develop healthy friendships and communication skills

Learn calming and self-regulation techniques
